Premiering on CBS television on July 10th and appearing on Thursdays at 8:00 pm is a show called Greatest American Dog. The show pits twelve teams (must be the magic reality show number) of dogs and owners to compete in “training” competitions.
On the line is $250,000 as contestants and dogs live and try to function together. A cool twist to the casting is that the dogs can come from the world of competitive shows or just plain old house pets. I’m rooting for the house pets to take it to the show dogs! I’m gonna look for Ron and Tillman the snowboarding / skateboarding English Bull Dog to steal some scenes …..
This promo makes the show look very fun, and I can’t wait for it to start! Check back for updates as the season progresses.
